Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Standard Individual Booking Cancellations

• 15 or more days prior to check-in: Full refund minus a nominal administrative processing fee (or 100% credit towards a future stay within 6 months).
• 7 to 14 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days prior to check-in: No refund due to reserved property inventory.

2. Corporate & Large Group Bookings

Corporate offsites and institutional school/college bookings operate under dedicated contract terms outlined on your booking agreement. Date modification requests must be submitted in writing at least 21 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

3. Force Majeure & Severe Mountain Weather

In the rare event of severe landslides, highway closures, or official government travel restrictions affecting route access, Upvan assists guests in rescheduling their stay credits to an alternate date or comparable partner destination.
